How the work is tested

Commissioning ends with measured performance across the coil, not just "it turns on", and the numbers go in your handover pack.
What we will not do
- Quote an installation without a survey. The pipe run and condenser position decide the price, and neither is visible from a phone call.
- Hang an unconsented condenser on a building the lease says is not yours. Freeholders litigate those, and they win.
- Site a condenser under a bedroom window, yours or your neighbour's, when any alternative exists.
- Top up refrigerant as routine maintenance. A system losing charge has a leak; F-Gas law and common sense both say find it and fix it.
- Fit the biggest unit on the van. Oversized systems short-cycle, dehumidify poorly and wear out early; we size from the room's real heat load.
